Auction Participation:

Payment Methods:
A deposit of 40% to be paid within 5 business days of auction close. The balance due of 60% to be paid within 5 business days of our contacting buyer after our receipt and inspection of merchandise in our warehouse in Las Vegas, NV.
All payments must be cleared before merchandise leaves our warehouse.
Sales Tax:
Buyers within Nevada will be charged sales tax of 7.25%. This tax is waived for customers who present a valid sales tax exemption certificate.
Store Ship-to Locations:
United States, Canada, Mexico and Central America.
Shipping & Handling:
Our merchandise is shipped from our warehouse in Italy once it is sold. Therefore, delivery may take up to 60 days from date of purchase (longer if delivery location is outside of US).
We are responsible for all shipping, import and customs charges for merchandise coming into the United States from our warehouse in Italy.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping/delivery, packaging, crating and insurance costs, including export and customs charges for merchandise shipped to locations outside of the United States.
We will do our best to provide assistance to our customers with their shipping and/or delivery arrangements.
Merchandise must picked-up, or delivery must be arranged, within 30 days of its arrival to our warehouse. A storage fee of $50/month/item will be assessed for merchandise not picked-up within this time frame.
Customer Service & Return Policy:
Antique furniture shows signs of normal wear and tear. Our guarantee to you is to photograph and describe our merchandise in its true “as-is” condition. What you see in our photos is what you will get.
Should a customer be dissatisfied with their purchase for any reason other than misrepresentation of the item based upon our photographs and description, we will refund the customer’s money, less all shipping and handling charges plus a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be made within ten (10) days within receipt of merchandise.
